With more than 30 years of experience and always with 100 percent loyalty to the tenant, Tenant & Partner drives workplace development by creating and developing workplaces that meet the human, economic, and planetary needs in working life. We focus on the physical workplace and on new ways of working - we create better conditions for organisations and their employees to help them achieve their goals and visions.

We always meet our customers where they are. We want to understand our customers' business, challenges, and dreams. Often we need to give short-term advice to solve sudden problems. We provide everything from specialised expertise in specific issues to strategic advice toward long-term goals. In many cases, we take full responsibility for project management from start to finish in larger transformation and relocation projects. Many of our successful projects derive from long-term relationships and deeper collaborations over time.

Tenant & Partner is a privately owned company, and our team includes experienced property economists, lawyers focusing on lease and property law, civil engineers, project managers, communicators, and change leaders among others. Since our inception we have collaborated with over 2,000 customers. We have driven and completed more than 7,000 projects in premises, property, and workplace-related advisory.
