I have been working as a lawyer at Tenant & Partner since 2014, leading the efforts of our Legal Team. In Team Legal, we collaborate with colleagues from other areas of expertise in client projects to offer comprehensive solutions regarding our customer's premises. My colleagues and I in Team Legal specialise in rental law and related property legal areas. A significant part of my work involves negotiating with property owners and representing our clients in ongoing rental law matters. To a large extent our work is characterised by pragmatism, where colleagues and partners focus on creative solutions to drive client projects forward.
Tenant & Partner is continuously evolving to live up to our vision of creating an inspiring and meaningful work life together. To succeed in this, the work is characterised by creativity, innovative thinking, and a lack of ego. As important as it is to take care of our clients, it is equally important to take care of ourselves. I regularly participate in yoga sessions, coach-led running and strength training, as well as mindfulness courses offered to employees at Tenant & Partner.
