More about Julia
I started working at Tenant & Partner in 2016 as a student and began working full-time in Tenant Representation in 2017. However, for the past few years, I have chosen to focus more on Workplace Strategy and more strategic issues, such as determining the work methods that suit businesses and how the office is utilised most efficiently. I often meet our clients in the early stages of our projects, helping them investigate the needs for their future workplace and developing a workplace strategy. I am also involved in supporting the later stages of projects in the transition of work methods.
I am strongly motivated by creating a good day for everyone in their workplaces, and establishing environments where one feels productive and well. My interest in health and well-being has grown significantly in recent years, and it is important to me that we discuss it in our workplaces as well!
What's so enjoyable about my job is that I get to meet many new, exciting people and gain insight into how businesses operate and what their workdays look like. I also get to spend time with my wonderful and competent colleagues every day, which gives me a lot of energy and joy. When we're not creating value for our clients, we exercise together and learn more about mindfulness and self-leadership.
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature and have a keen interest in all the animals on the planet (except for killer whales, which I am terrified of). I also like to stay active; running and yoga are what make me feel my best. Yoga is something that is close to my heart, and since the spring of 2023, I have been Tenant & Partner's own yoga teacher!
