I work with employee experience, which broadly involves how we attract, recruit, onboard, develop, reward, and retain our employees in the best possible way. Another part of my job is to contribute to the development of our organisation, primarily working with my team coaching colleagues in what we call Teamforum.
It's an incredibly enjoyable job where we have a high level of ambition and strive towards our vision of creating an inspiring and meaningful work life together.
When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my sons, take long walks with the dog, or go on spontaneous outings!
