Mia Öhrn

Workplace Strategist & Change Manager

More about Mia

I love helping clients see how they can strengthen their strategy and business through workplace development. Especially when there is an understanding that the human factor is key to success. That's why I prefer to design brain-friendly and future-oriented workplaces that promote wellbeing, talent attraction and productivity.

My background in PR and branding helps me identify both internal and external communication opportunities and risks in projects. An example of this is the foresight work, storytelling and concept that formed the basis of the award for Sweden's most beautiful office 2024 (AMF Fastigheter's headquarters).

With 25 years of international experience in diplomacy and policy work, I often bring perspectives that help clients see workplace development in a larger future, business and societal context. So that all members of the management team can see their share of responsibility for the workplace.

During a posting in Asia, I took the opportunity to study with monks, which led me onto the path of brain research and leadership. This inspiration drove me to lead a development program at the Stockholm School of Economics for several years, where self-leadership, performance and well-being were given a greater place.

I enjoy a long walk in the woods with my family and dog as much as an evening with friends in a lively restaurant. When I get the chance, I like to relive my days in Paris through music, art and culinary excursions with French food and wine.

On LinkedIn, I regularly share thoughts and research on the future, brain-friendly workplace. Hope to see you there! www.linkedin.com/in/miaohrn
