More about Therese
Since the spring of 2017, I have been working as a consultant at Tenant & Partner. Before that, alongside completing my master's studies at KTH, I worked part-time, ranging from a few hours to a few days a week for just over a year. It was a great way for me to get a feel for the working world, and for the employer to get to know me. After KTH and my studies in property economics, it was a natural step to move into a full-time role because I enjoy the company, all my colleagues, and the working methods that Tenant & Partner employs so much. But that was quite a few years ago now, and I've experienced so much fun. Working with tenant advisory is a varied job in many ways. I meet incredibly diverse people while delving into delightful Excel files, working on budgets, and calculating square meters. I attend property viewings and meet with clients, all while having time at Tenant & Partner's office with my colleagues. I also need to fit in running on Wednesdays and gym on Thursdays.
The need to divest or acquire business premises can arise for many reasons, both independently and in connection with other property-related issues. This makes transaction advisory work varied and very educational. It also contributes to a lot of collaboration between different areas within the company.
Our clients are companies and organisations that either lease or own their premises. Being part of our client's success in creating their value-adding workplaces is a great motivator, where workshops and strategic work blend with property tours and negotiation meetings. Everything is focused on the best interests of the client.
Now I have to stop writing before this text becomes too long. Instead, give me a call, and we can have a coffee, and I'll tell you more about what I would like to write here!
